Thank you for choosing RankHive. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for subscriptions, paid plans, and services purchased through RankHive.

No Refunds After Purchase

RankHive operates on a no-refund policy after purchase. Paid plans, subscriptions, usage, and services are generally non-refundable once purchased.

This policy exists because RankHive may incur immediate costs when providing the service, including SEO analysis, AI processing, third-party data access, infrastructure usage, worker queues, database operations, and connected WordPress or website workflows.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription through the available billing or account settings. Cancellation stops future billing according to the subscription and billing portal behavior, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been paid.

You may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, depending on your plan and billing provider settings.

Limited Exceptions

Although purchases are generally non-refundable, we may review limited exceptions for duplicate charges, billing errors, or clear platform malfunctions that prevented access to the paid service.

If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact us at support@rankhive.app with your account email, billing details, and a description of the issue. Each request is reviewed case by case, and any refund granted is at RankHive's sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for completed or in-progress SEO analyses, AI-generated recommendations, consumed usage, partially used subscriptions, approved WordPress actions, subjective dissatisfaction with SEO outcomes, or changes in search rankings outside RankHive's control.

We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of RankHive after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
